Special Mention

Awarded to a delegate or chair that demonstrated behavior, actions, or skills deserving of special mention, including (but not limited to): a substantial improvement in position-paper writing, selflessness and collaboration exhibited throughout committee, a deep respect for other delegates' voices and opinions, and an exceptional dedication to one's assigned country, delegation, and/or role. Can be won alongside other awards; equivalent to Verbal Commendation.
